Exchange & Refund Policy
EXCHANGE POLICY
We’d like you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you aren’t, you can exchange/refund Miniso Oman products in its original packaging along with the original sales receipt within 15 days of purchase date, except in below conditions:
• Items damaged due to misuse or showing signs of wear, even if it’s still with original packing.
• Items that have been assembled or installed, unless it is defective.
• Items missing an identification number or code (such as Miniso tag or barcode).
• Lingerie, undergarments, towels, jewelry, make-up, creams and lotions unless the items are defective.
• We reserve the right to determine defects and will repair or replace the defective products at our discretion.
• If you scratch or damage your new item post purchase, we will be unable to exchange it for you.
• Electrical components do not carry any replacement warranty.
• Seasonal, promotional, discounted or bundled products will not be exchanged.
Note:
• Please ensure all exchanged or returned items must be in good saleable condition with its original packaging/tags, and remember to include everything that came with them (accessories, promotional gifts, etc.)
• The original purchase receipt.is required for all exchange or refund requests and without it no request will be accepted.
• Exchanged: Items are allowed to be exchanged at any Miniso Oman store.
REFUND POLICY
Refund request will be accepted in same store from where the item was purchased and refund will be done in same mode by which payment was done. If you purchased by cash payment, refund can be cash only. If you purchased by Credit/Debit card payment, refund only to your Credit/Debit card.
• Credit/Debit card Payment: Note that your banker card issuer can take 2-15 additional business days to process the transaction.
• Voucher Payment: Only product exchange is possible – voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchange for Cash/ Gift card/ Voucher in part or full. The Management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
